Motor UNHAPPY!!!!

<div>They Cancelled my policy without informing me and the customer care people are extremely Rude especially Lesego Tlhabanyane, they say we can get call recordings on request but that is not the case, they do not send you the recording instead they make you listen to it with them on the line, even if they skip over the part that you need to hear, you will not even know. such **********!!!! and now they are refusing to refund me back all the money that they had debited from my account for months. Initially as I was taking the cover I was promised they would refund everything should I need to cancel as long as I still haven't taken my car in for a service or made a claim now they are denying all of that and denying me the recording for me to listen to as assess myself saying that I might temper with it... I am extremely disappointed because my car should be going in for service but now I have to put it off while because I trusted the wrong people.&nbsp;</div>
