Motor (not) Happy

My business vehicle went in for a service for its 90 000km service at Car Service City, the water pump was supposed to be replaced and was at advised to Car Service City that the pump only need to be replaced on the 100 000km service.

According to Car Service City the pump was supposed to be replaced on the 90 000km service. The water pump gave in and the vehicle overheated and has been standing since mid November 2020, we have sent numerous emails try to get this sorted, but no response.

Car Service City also requested a copy of the voice recording where it was advised that the pump needs to be changed at 100 000km, but no response from Motor Happy regarding the voice recording.

We are losing a lot of business regarding this problem and I would like to know who is going the monthly installment from the bank due to die vehicle has been standing since mid November.
