Motor Happy terrible service

Motor Happy underwrites the policies for Liquid Capital which is the broker for Hollard Insurance. Ever since Motor Happy came onboard the services of Liquid Capital has deteriorated. They would double debit my account or fail to debit my account or debit it on the wrong day resulting in penalties i would have to pay my bank. I have to send between 5 - 10 emails over a week to a week and a half almost every time i have a query just to get a response. It takes forever to get feedback to the point of resolving my query. The manager is so rude and apathetic it is shocking. They respond to emails and exclude their names to avoid accoutability. Do yourself a favour and never sign up with Liquid Capital or Motor Happy. Use another broker or insurer altogether.
