<div>My car went in for change of break pads because the warning sign was starting to show, their consultant by the name of Thokozani decided to ask the dealership for a pic and advised that the break pads look fine therefore the dealer must pull a diagnostic report proving that my warning sign was in fact on.
First of all, I don't know whether this is a lack of trust to me as a consumer because I wouldn't have taken my car there had it not indicated this. Secondly, how does a consultant get to determine at the comfort of his home whether or not break pads are worn out or not?? Why does he override my car's motherboard/computer??
I now have to go 2 days without a vehicle and carry the cost for an Uber, who is going to refund me??</div>
