Motor Happy Ignores clients that needs money

I bought my first car a year ago. Motor Happy called me hours after i bought the vehicle to sell me a service plan. I agreed because this saves me a lot of time. A week ago i took my car for a service and did not pay for the service. Now i emailed someone at their office and haven't rep**** to me. Every time i call they say the person is not available.
