I must say that it is not that usual to have such an efficient and professional service from any businesses in todays world of automated non- personal electronically generated messages. "press 1 for....... and so on"! Lunga Nkomo of motosure is the exception. Because I insist on have my facts correct and always do all the research on a company before I deal with them,(not to mention being hard of hearing!) I tend to come across as a very demanding person.
