The consultant was friendly and helpful, accomodated my timing. What I did not like, it did not seem as if the 10% percent discount was app****, previous premium versus this one is higher. He did not know the reason for difference in the pricing for the 3 or 5 year plans. Really don't like that have to pay activation fees when I have been s client from 2013.
