Motor Happy does not care about their clients, not matter how loyal they have been

I have been trying to get into contact with someone, for my plan I have. I have sent multiple emails and no one ever responds. I guess they are not concerned that I have been a loyal client for more than 3 years now, well time to go elsewhere. I thought I would have to write a scathing review, but from the reviews on here already, its of no use, people can clearly see what they have become.
