Haven’t claim so I’m not sure what to say however there’s a lot of questions being asked to establish the vehicle driver credibility and car use and i think some questions are 🏨 unnecessary sometimes and ambiguous ie the car insurance cover in Zimbabwe is different to the rest of outside cover for some reason I don’t understand while you within 12mmths due to some reasons but I think the consultant did her best to clarify the contract to me in my vernacular language , thanks
