Incorrect information captured for my service plan and long wait for my refund

Right now I am rating Motor Happy Zero based on the following reasons I experienced first time using them: 1. I took 2 plans i.e. Service plan and Maintenance plan( according to the telecom with the consultant) which I discover later when I took my car for service that it was not Maintenance but Warranty, we went back trying to resolve since December after I requested for the record and listening to it. Motor Happy ended admitting the mistake made will refund. To date they cannot even provide me with the status of my refund. 2. Recently discovered the my service plan mileage (60km-75km) captured is incorrect which another frustration that I need to go through this tiring. To add to all of these above I wont even recommend someone
