I want my money back

<p>I took up a service and warranty policy, thinking I would be fully covered as advised by the call centre agents, but to find out that brake pads were not covered...brake pads?! Specific reference was supposed to be made about brake pads exclusion...I will never refer any business to Motor Happy :(</p>
