I took out a cover o...

I took out a cover on 23 of June 2021 and gave them all my banking details, I g9t a confirmation letter stating that my cover was successful, but until today they have never debited my account and I've been trying to call them and in being told that I need to contsct the head office cause they can't pick up my cover
