I have had a policy with the company, since I bought my car in 2016. To my knowledge, I have NEVER SKIPPED A PAYMENT! Now all of a sudden, I must submit a claim & it seems like the policy has *NEVER* BEEN RENEWED! I WILL *NOT* WISH, DEALING WITH THEM TO MY *WORST* ENEMY!
