HORRIBLE SERVICE & COMMUNICATION

I have a service plan with Motto happy, and called a month back to cancel. I was then told that the cancelation would not happen should I not send in the prescribed documents, following which I received but never sent back.

I then had a change of heart and called to check if it had been canceled, only to find it had and I cannot reinstate, my query and the next 4 times I called their contact Center was why my policy was canceled without documentation and why I wasn't told this on my initial call!!! I have been battling with their call center agents who couldn't be bothered to assist worst was on Friday the 24th of November when the lady I was talking to placed me on hold and never got back to me I'm so sick of the bad service and policies that change as per their discretion
