Happy Motoring or Unhappy Motoring ?

Happy Motoring vehicle warranty? The question that I wish to pose to readers is this, are some businesses in South Africa fast becoming *************? In my previous review I wrote about my daughter and her Mom's bad experience with Bosch Autotronic Hillfox. I also stated how the vehicle was covered with Happy Motoring in terms of vehicle warranty and how that we found another Bosch service center that was willing to assist her seeing Happy Motoring was contracted to certain approved dealer service centers such as Bosch. It appears now that Happy Motoring seems to not be so eager to assist with covering the cost of the agreement for which the vehicle is covered and has to pay the costs out of her own pocket and then claim the monies back, this begs the question about whether or not she will be able to successfully reclaim the money once paid. This is not in accordance with the agreement as she was led to understand? Has she been duped into paying for a service in which the company is now behaving in an ********* manner and not fulfilling it's contractual obligation, why should she have to pay when she already has been paying a monthly premium with Happy motoring for a warranty to cover her vehicle? Is this proper business ethics or what? The Bosch service center at which my daughters vehicle has been taken is still trying to get Happy motoring to fulfill their contracted service agreement and so fulfill their obligation in paying for the cost of the repairs to the vehicle. We are still waiting and it has been three weeks now. My advice to motorists , please be aware when doing business or entering into agreements with such companies as they are keen on taking your money but when it comes to parting with theirs it becomes a different ball game altogether.
