Thank you Motorhappy for reminding me my plan was coming to an end and that I needed to renew it. The Client Service Agent who called me was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She explained everything to me carefully and gave me all the options. She even called me back when it was convenient to talk. Very good service!
