Disappointed

January I was assisted by Motor happy to get my insurance for my vehicle. I was very happy with the service . However, I specifically told the consultant that I do not need any broker between me and my insurer. But he explained why I should take broker... i continued. But then i called in a few days later requesting for broker removal. The assured me that they have removed themselves as my broker going forward they will not be deducting anything from my premium... so my surprise today I called my insurer for other reasons they mentioned a broker which o cancelled a month ago... what bothers me is that I was promised that they have removed it but only to find that nothing was done! I am so disappointed and I do not need them as my broker or any broker for that metter.
