Confused ********** MotorHappy

I am very disappointed in MotorHappy. I took out a service plan two years ago and it was smooth sailing. Once my other vehicle needed a service plan i decided to take out a service plan with them and to extend the current vehicle.

I phoned to confirm my policy just to find out my policy documents is different with MotorHappy vs the one i got with me when I app****. They allocated my one car to ALL policies. But i paying for a different vehicle on each debit.

After numerous calls my case was escalated just go receive 4 different policy numbers and to wake up to a ********** increase debit vs what was agreed to when i app**** in April.

Now just to get hold of them and for them to sort it out is a mission because MotorHappy and the million different consultants dont know what they are doing.
