My first service with LiquidCapital was a success. Thank you. I didn't even have to contact them, the dealership did. I just dropped off my car and and gave them my policy number.

In other news... Why is MotorHappy so insistent on feedback for Customer Service during the quoting stage? That is useless to clients. Of course they'll be nice and efficient when they're trying to sign you up. The feedback I'm interested in, and that everyone should be interested in, is assistance for claims, that is what counts, the claims process. How smooth was it? Did they pay or did they give you the run around? Please stop wasting reviews on how nice the agent was when they were quoting you.
