Cancelled Service and warranty

<p>Good day. I took out extended warranty and sercice few months back. The 1st deduction was suppose to be in may. I got sms saying I missed calls I must call back before end of day otherwise my policy will be cancelled it was already end day when I saw missed call. I thought it was late didnt phone back the next day. I took out extended warranty witH MFC thinking that one is cancelled as per sms, to my suprise they deducted and I already looked sowhere else. I was told yeaterday its cancelled and still today you deducted money from my account</p>
