no confirm receipts or confirmation on the cancellation of contract once it expires. not professional at all

As per the feedback received from the Administrator you have claimed successfully for all services covered under your plan, there is still an outstanding balance as the payment term of your cover has not come to an end. There are two months debit orders that still need to run and then the cover will be terminated completely. Hope this helps and you have a Happy day further.
