Bad service by sales agent!!!

I took up a extended warranty with Motorhappy yesterday and I was assisted by Lindokuhle. He advised that my premium would be R353,00 per month and after receiving my policy schedule my premium had increased to R373.00 with R20,00 broker fee added. This was communicated to me, in fact he asked me to confirm if I agree that the monthly premium will be R353,00 which I did confirm.

I called the company back to enquire about all of this, after the struggle of getting hold of the sales agent, we agreed on R353,00 and I asked him to email me the amended policy schedule. I sent a follow up email asking for the documents and still he hasn't sent them.

Talking about lack of customer service!!
