Bad service

I took out a service plan with motor happy. Now I must take my geely for his service on 05 October I phone them to hear where I can serve my vehicle they told me they will phone me back they did not phone me. Then on 6 October I phone them again and they told me same. I'm still waiting for someone to call me back.
