They're very quick to call you once you make an inquiry but once the debit date comes everything changes. I took a service which the call center agent kept on emphasizing that it's a promotion I'll pay R408 for 30 month with the last six months free. I took the offer but all of a sudden I'm being debited R529. Which is extremely ridiculous I would've gone for other cheaper services plans this is frustrating. I hate dishonest practices from companies I'll just cancel the service plan and go elsewhere. This is ridiculous. Shame on you
