Selling Major accident cars from Auction

I bought a VW Tiguan at Motor Glaze a little over 2 years ago. The owners wife told me that they will sort out the licence for me as they don't normally do licences outside of Vereeniging and we are staying in Alberton. I was very grateful as I just had a baby and was not prepared to go to the licencing department with a new born. A month later I phoned the garage to ask if they have my licence ready for collection, and the owner said that I must do it myself as they do not do licences in Alberton. I explained to him what his wife promised me, and I was told she does not work there so she cannot make such promises (but she did all the paperwork ect... Just after that the lockdown happened, and I was unable to take out the licence. When lockdown was lifted I wanted to go do my licence, but had to go though roadworthy again, so now I had to pay for both a licence with fines and the roadworthy. Get to the licencing department and all my details was wrong. Apparently I was living in Pretoria, had another email address and my surname was wrong, so I had to pay someone to sort off that out for me . I drove the car a year, when it started giving problems, I eventually had to replace the block and pistons. When that was changed, I had to change the coils and sparkplugs 3 times. I had the car back for about 2 months when it started giving problems again. I eventually got fed up and tried trading in the car, but no one wants to buy car. We buy cars did an inspection and told me that the car was in a massive accident front and back. The roof lining was coming loose, the paint both front and back is fading. The car is standing again and we now have to replace the whole engine. I have spent in total over a 100k to fix ONLY the engine and still cannot drive my car. Please don't buy from them, they buy faulty cars at auctions and sell them. I now sit with a car that has costed me so much which I cant drive and cannot get rid of.
