worst service

<p>I confirmed a booking at Renew-it Randburg on 27 Mar 17 for 29 Mar 17, I got to their premises at 6:40 am hoping to be out by 8:00. The service consult was there but told me that someone will help me at 7:30 am. I sat until 7:40 with no assistance. At 7:45 I went to the lady that confirmed the appointment Veronique and she told me that she doesn't confirm appointments they use her name on all emails, but at least she contacted the reception to arrange for someone to help. The same lady that told me that someone will help was the one who did the book in. I had to wait for the shuttle for an hour, the receptionist kept saying the driver is 8 minutes away. The shuttle only came at 9 am. Got stuck in traffic and only got to work at 10:00. How can a company hire such *********** staff.</p> <p> </p>
