Very poor service

<p>I returned a pressure relief valve to to this company and received nothing but grief from the manager (?) Willy Dawson. I have never witnessed such petty and unprofessional behaviour from someone in retail. He seemed to take it as a personal offense that his pro**** was faulty and blamed me for buying it in the first place. The other staff were very helpful and professional but this man's childish attitude has put me off this company for life! What a tool.</p>
