Please review my motor engineering in Bethlehemfreestate

Good day I took my bakie to this engineer on the 1 September 2022 When I got it back it was a disaster. It was leaking allot of oil it had no water in the Radiator. I went back to him on several occasions but nothing was done. 2 weeks ago I replaced a new gearbox. In a period of 3 months I replaced 3 turbos I took my bakie yesterday to a professional and the engine is now seized I am a courier and my company is now closed and the mechanic did confirm yesterday that no overall was done Please help
