Unable to Cancel Warentee policies Since December

<p>After months of frustration my wife asked me to try and get hold of Motor Engage. I just kjeep holding on and nobody answers their phones. I ten send a number of emails and i still get no response. Emails like this:</p> <p> </p> <p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>"I refer to all the correspondence below, should my wife not receive confirmation of her refund backdating to December by close of business tomorrow, I will be writing directly to the insurer, the FSB as well as the Fais Ombudsman, I have also copied my compliance officer into this mail as proof of record.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been in the industry for 20 years and never ever been treated this way. No wonder our industry requires legislation. You also mention that the client must provide 30 days’ notice of cancellation, yet on your schedule its states that you can provide notice at any time?</p> <p> </p> <p>I except some timeous reaction to my email please. "</p> <p> </p> <p>I find it hard to believe that I have still had no reaction, its pathetic but they just still keep deducting from my account.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
