Policy Cancellatrion - GWH-120856

<p>I just (23/12 08h40) spoke to a male consultant enquiring about when my cover ends and if it does, why would it end if my debit order is going through next week.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was told it ends in January, but I cannot claim till then as the policy is under cancellation, if you take my debit order then I better be covered for the rest of January. ELSE STOP THE DEBIT ORDER, OR refund it as soon as it’s taken off!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>The male consultant was telling me you guys encourage the client to cancel the debit order, why should I be inconvenienced when you were advise of my cancellation request on the 09/12 already!!!</p> <p>He also gave me a mouthful of the fact that the cancellation was only logged on the 14th, but i sent it on the 09/12 ro complaints@gaudrisk, thats the only email address i could fine to voice my frustration on.</p> <p> </p>
