False sale of extended warranty

I took out extended warranty on my VW and asked the consultant at the time if CV joints etc are covered on the car. That was confirmed. Now that my ball joint broke, they told the broker that the don't fix wear and tear and they tell me they don't cover CV ball joints. Now I'm passed from pillar to post trying to get help. What's the point of having insurance if it won't work for you when you need it? <br> <br> I'll be cancelling my plan with them this month. It's poor service and unacceptable that no one wants to tell the truth of what the real cover of the extended warranty is. You end up being on hold for 25minutes at a time. Not great at all!!! And I'm still on hold:(
