Debit order not refunded after cancellation done

<p>Cancellation notification done on the 09/12/16, was advised of the 21 days</p> <p>Was also advised that no claim can be done during cancellation period</p> <p>I called in enquiring about my debit order, was told there could be a refund, unless i go out of my way to block the debit order myself.</p> <p>I did not have the time to do this and the debit order went through</p> <p>After enquiring about a refund was told this is NOT possible</p> <p>Seriously WTH, this is theft, please ensure i am refunded urgently</p> <p>I also instructed Zandele Simelane on email to get a manager to call me regarding this</p>
