BIGGEST RIPOFF EVER!!

<p>On 15/6/2017 (Thursday) I took my car to Motor Electrodiesel (Kuilsriver) at 7h30 to have a look why the car battery kept on going off and on and the lights and indicator would also go off/on, this had been going on for the last week. The reason I had to be there so early was because apparently they were very very busy. The understanding was that they would first phone me before anything was done to the car so that I could first hear what the costs would be and I spesifically laid claim on this to the man working there because I have been ********** before. An hour later the man phoned and said that they had fixed the front and back light (rectify bad contact on left rear light plug, replace left front headlight plug and no fault found on battery). I asked and how muc is that knowing it could not be too much, Well I was shocked when he said about R500, I said What???? I went to fetch my car and the account showed Adaptor R27,98, Consumables R45,00 AND LABOUR R420. = R562.00 for I am sure only took 15 min. They said the battery light did'nt go on so they could nothing about that. I am sorry, but this is the biggest ripp off I have ever encountered and wasn't the understanding that they would first contact me before doing anything. Please stay away from these people and they were'nt even busy, the one man was sitting in his office and the other man was sitting at the counter, no other guys or cars being busy. I think they are disgusting and would like to warn people to not make use of their service. They should feel ashamed of themselves *********** a woman like that.</p>
