S**** car sold

I bought a car beginning of October. After a day i expreienced problems with it. The brake pad was damaged and it was overdue for service. I gave the company more than enough time to do right by me but i have been told to wait then ignored for just over 3 weeks now. To me this is very poor service and cannot be swept under the carpet as buying a car is a really big deal.... im posting to hellopeter about this hoping that this wont happen to anyone else.
