Refund not paid

I had a conversation on the phone with a lady from motor city regarding my refund, and that ladies phone manners are pathetic as she slammed the phone on my ear twice just because she couldn't answer a simple question like when will my refund be paid or what the delay as payment was supposed to have been made last month. To top it all we spoke last week and she promised by Friday it was going to reflect on my account, clearly that was misleading information. Now to me its not even about the money anymore but the principle. This is bad service because we go into business with such companies in hope for the best and once they have you they drop the ball and show their *********** and ungratefulness.
