No spare wheel - 6 weeks and counting

i purchased a vehicle from storm voel motor city on 13 July 2015. Prior to collecting the vehicle, i had enquired if it came with a spare wheel and was told that it did. Logically, a vehicle cannot get a COF without one anyway. When i came to collect the vehicle, i was told that nobody knew where it was but i was promised that there definately was one. Since it was the afternoon and i had flown from Natal to collect it, i was promised that it would be couriered to me within the next few days.<br> Over the next 6 weeks, i was told a number of stories about this spare wheel. In the end, i am still waiting. This is the worst service i have ever experienced. Lies lies and more lies!
