Motorcity - Pietermaritzburg is full of ****** and heartless people

The Motorcity garage in Petermaritzburg is full of ****** and heartless people. These *****s sold me a car without a spare key and on day of delivery the sales person and the sales manager promised me that the key would be delivered before end of the month. Its been 2 years now without the key and I've been pursuing the matter and even went through the lawyers. I wrote to the compa ny and they sent me to do a quotation from VW which I did but they did not pay and deliver the key as promised. They were also sent a latter by my lawyers but the company CEO namely Mohammed did not even care instead he sent me a letter through his lawyers claiming that they do not give guarantee for spare keys to the customers. These people are real ****** because I have been fixing lots of faults hey sold me with the car but did not bother complaining to them. Motor city is full of devils, Heartless people and ****** who do not care about their customers, I wouldn't recommend these ****** to anyone.
