Motor city - Pietermaritzburg fialed to deliver spare ke for my car

I bought a Golf VII from Motor City in Pietermaritzburg on September lastyear. The car was delivered to East London. On delivery the spare key was not given to me. The sales manager (namely Azeez) promised that it was going to be delivered later because it was still with the dealer . The key was not delivered still after six months. I sent emails and called them but to no avail. I then approached my lawyers who wrote a letter to them but they still did not honour the obligation. The brach manager is Suleman Mohommed his email adress is ********** I have tried to call again and again but they keep on promising but to no avail.

These people are ****** and I regret doing business with them.
