Dealership want consumer to take a damaged and financed vehicle

On the 16 January 2020 I made a car deal with motor city in pietermaritzburg via mfc with their agent or salesperson. Since it's my first time purchasing a new vehicle I wasn't aware that my contract was supposed to be signed inside a bank and the agent brought me the contract and we signed it in a car in front of Vincent hardware store. They some how procrastinated with the Nissan Qashqai and it arrived on friday the 31st January 2020 with the agent trying to make me understand that the vehicle will be taken to Nissan automall in Vincent devereux Avenue. This was because it had scratches on the front bumper and I reported this to dealership and they sang the same tune the agent told me. On Monday I left the vehicle at Nissan automall in Vincent they called me shortly telling me that there is damages on this vehicle 'it's supposed to be a new car' and the warranty will not cover it because someone tampered with the gearbox and there's cable tires. I gave them the dealership tel no which got back to me saying they'll fix it on their behalf however looking at six years of payment and this vehicle I said no I want brand new car because that's what I signed for. Then they started playing with words and told me I should bring the car to maritzburg and that they fired the agent, again they told me that the agent never worked for them. So I also left the car there hoping they'll fetch it, on 4th February 2020 I wrote an email to *** and was told they'll reply in 7days. I tried mfccare.co.za then eventually rep****. They took my case up with m.o.i.s.a there they opened a case and gave an investigating officer who never contacted me. I was told to submit all relevant documents regarding this purchase which I did now recently I've recieved an email assuming it's summons from attorneys requesting the vehicle. Now I don't know what do anymore please help
