Complaints about Spare Key in Motor City in Durban

My name is Nomonde Jekeqa. I've got a complain which I would love you to help me to revolve. In June 2019 I bought a Q7 Audi model 2016 at Motor City in Durban. I did not get the spare key for the car.

I waited up until 1 November 2020, the person who bring the key is Mr Ndamase. He left the key to the security of the flats where I live to my surprise the key was not working

I phoned him to ask about this then he said maybe its the battery of the spare key, I said they must replace the battery of which he did not longer answer my calls. please help me
