car plugs

on weekend i went to buy car service parts but only to find out the pugs i was giving are not for my car and they did't have the right part for my car.also the quality that they have is not the right quality . on Monday i went there explaining to them that the pugs i was giving are not the right ones and i asked for my refund but the gentleman that sold me these plugs gave me attitude and also trying to change the plugs that i got from them with the wrong ones still.<br> am going to tell all the people that i know about the bad service experience i had and also share it on social media.<br> the way the customer service was so bad i do not want anything to do them all i want at this pointing time all i just want is my refund
