Car not fixed properly

Bought a 2009 Citi Rox from dealership, reported faults on vehicle and vehicle was taken in for repairs 18/02/2016. Received the car back on 22/02/2016 and still not fixed properly, it's a car a have to use everyday and don't have other transport. I want my vehicle to go to a VW dealership to be fixed as they've sent the car to a back yard mechanic.
