Calling Customer a *****

Customer wanted to buy a car and then cancelled but she had to pay a Deposit of R 5000.00 so the dealer can take the vehicle to her on inspection she found the car was not by far in a satisfactory condition and said no thanks she doesn't want it any more,, now on phoning Mr Bower she is asking for her money back and Mr Bower is refusing to speak to her and calls her a ***** ...I just think it is fair so every one out there should know how rude and crude this man is and definitely not a business where anyone should buy from....
