Am not happy with the car from motor city

I bought a car from motor city in Pietermaritzburg, on the 24th October 2019, the car had 7000 km by the they gave me, i then took the car from the dealership. But what surprised me is that on my arrival the km were 14800, i then ask the owner of the dealership about these km ( over the phone) he didn't give me a clear explanation of what they did on the km, i phoned ABSA BANK it is the bank that has financed me, i spoke to a lady by the name of Alisha Pillay, the lady promised to help me that they will take care of the problem, but ever since we spoke she is ignoring my calls, because i wanted ABSA to intervene on the matter since the have financed me and also motor city take back their car, the car on the dashboard when am driving it there is something noisy, Alisha Pillay is a sales person from ABSA BANK she is also a friend to the owner of Motor City, i am desperately in-need of help regarding this car it is a Polo Vivo 1.4 Trendline
