Refund Required

Good Day,

Could you kindly assist, I am writing on behalf of Octo Trading 189 (Pty) Ltd as an employee, we made a purchase of injectors from Motor City based in Booysens Johannesburg. The total amount was R8400 and Octo Trading made a full payment on the 28th May only to immediately realize that the injectors were very expensive and had no pressers as required by our Mechanic . We immediately asked them for refund as we no longer required the injectors. They told us on the 1st of June that according to their company policy they don't do refunds but we were never made aware of that before payment. We first refused that we cannot accept that but later realised we are not getting our money back, so we decided that we would buy something else, we later sent them a list of parts we required and they told us they could supply only 4 from the list we only agreed with 2only because of pricing .

On the 10th I asked for quantity they had in stock, Dean kept on saying he was checking. Until we decided to buy 1 for each item as sample, I finally went and he asked me to wait, I waited for more than an hour only for him to come back and say Motor City does not have the parts anymore and he'll advise when I can come get them. Since then I've been trying to get the parts frm Dean (Motor City) but failed.

I now write to ask that they refund Octo Trading as they failed to deliver even though we tried making easier for both parties. Octo Trading requires their full R8400 refund back and that we no longer want any parts for cars as we already bought elsewhere.
