Disgusting After Service

Really disgusted with their service.Sold me a radio only to find out later there is no code and plugs which is not available from dealers or used spares.I called to return the radio one hour later and they refused to give me a refund.THis is really disgusting service from a so called reputable business as I was refered.This is also against The Consumer Act which I will follow up with.
