Moto-Quip takes their issues seriously

I had purchased 3 blind spot mirrors of the Moto-Quip brand from Makro. Of the 3, 2 of them waived around in the wind and were pretty useless. <br> Instead of fighting with Makro, I decided to go straight to Moto-Quip with my problem. <br> I got an email address off the web and sent in my complaint expecting it to fall on deaf ears. <br> To my surprise, the owner of the company contacted. A long story short, they took the complaint very serious, provided me with replacement mirrors and a few other things.<br> I will continue to support this company !<br> Thank-you
