Spare Wheel Cover

I've purchased a brand New Ford Ecosport ecoboost Trendline 1.0 litre Engine Bright Yellow on the 17 March 2015 from Happy Seete, the F&I was so unprofessional, she did not want to sign me up and eventually when she did she was busy chatting on her smartphone no paying attention nor explaining what does the contract entails. After I signed the contract, I picked up my car but the Spare Wheel Cover(Colour Coated) was outstanding and the Sales Person promised that they do not have it in the Dealership he'll order it n when it arrives he'll call me to go n pick it up, I contacted him several times he told me that he still waiting for it until I went to fetch my number plates, I asked him again , he phoned someone to follow up & that person wanted the Order number, which he promised to provide it to him. On the 10th April I sent him an email with the update, he never rep**** & again today I sent him an email to follow-up again he never rep****. ?.my take is he received the funds from MFC n he doesn't care abt his promises he made....it's very frustrating for me to drive around with apare wheel on the open it's not safe. How will I refer customers to Motomid if I get bad service?
