Living the values

There will always be bad experiences and bad comments that you came across each day from companies, and Motomid is one of them, so I had to check it out for myself before I went to another Ford company in Emalahleni or Mbombela, but why do I need to go this miles if there is a Ford in my town. on my arrival I expected to worst, but to my disappointment I receive exceptional service from the Service Advisor (Mavis) from the driver that took me back to work (Boesman), Also on the service side that I receive more then I should from only a service to be done, the Technicians (Pierre and Christo ) identified additional faults on my Ford Eco sport and already escalated the situations and for the vehicle to be brought back so the problems can be attended to that is not urgent problems.

Well like all of us we want to complain, so I want to complain about the coffee urn that was to slow and I had to go back to work :-)

Well done to this team that have an good idea what integrity, honesty and teamwork is standing for.
