Exceptionally poor service

I took a Ford LDV that we use as a service LDV at Barloworld Agri that has broken down to Motomid Middelburg. They told me to park the LDV there and that it is protocol to have the LDV stand stationery at their premises for 4 working days before thay can start attending to the service. It is totally unacceptable since we use it as a service bakkie for daily call outs. It is however also not the first time that we encounter pathetic service from this dealer
